Europe Explorers
During this project, children explore the continent of Europe, locating countries, capital cities and significant geographical features. Children investigate Europe’s climate, weather and landscapes and use maps, compass points, latitude and longitude to locate places. They also compare a European city or region with their own locality, helping them develop their understanding of geographical similarities and differences.
